Meet our Artisans

We aren’t just building shoes, we’re also impacting people

by providing sustainable jobs.

Our Build Centers

Baja CA, Mexico Build Center

My360Project is dedicated to making a positive impact on marginalized communities, with a commitment to providing livable wages for all. Our first international build center, located in Vicente Guerrero, BC, MX, was established in 2018. Additionally, the center houses our director and provides space for small mission teams to visit and participate in the production process.

We take great pride in our work and as a humanitarian organization, we have delivered shoes to 20+ countries.

Uganda Build Center

We opened our second international build center in Buzzi, Uganda in early 2022, which is strategically located to positively impact many marginalized communities and eradicate foot-borne illnesses in Africa. This central location also allows us to collaborate with more humanitarian partners.

Our build center in Uganda is located within the shared facility of the Buzzi Community Empowerment Centre, providing employment and training opportunities for the local community. We also have our own housing, which can host small mission teams and be used for shoe production if needed. With the country's great need for shoes and our focus on eradicating foot-borne illnesses, we are grateful to be a part of the solution.

Direct Artisan Support

At My360Project, our mission goes beyond simply providing shoes—we strive to create lasting, positive change in the lives of those we serve. A pair of shoes may seem small, but its impact can be life-changing, opening doors to education, opportunity, and hope for a brighter future.

Now, you have the chance to make a profound difference. By joining our Artisan Hero program, you become a vital part of transforming lives. With a monthly commitment of just $20, you can directly support the education and advancement of an Artisan—craftsmen and women in Uganda and Mexico who are working hard to build a sustainable future.

Our Artisans not only earn a fair, steady wage through My360Project, but they also develop valuable skills that empower them to provide for themselves and their families. However, expenses like school fees often remain out of reach. That’s where you come in. The Artisan Hero program acts as a grant, giving them access to additional funds specifically for educational growth, opening doors to new opportunities that would otherwise be unattainable.

Your support is more than just a donation—it’s an investment in someone’s future. Together, we can create a ripple effect of hope, dignity, and lasting change.
